This place suits me perfectly with wonderful amenities like free wi-fi, a fantastic fitness center, and a beautiful indoor pool. The staff even helped me find my lost barrette on my first stay! I’m coming back for Christmas.

my stay at shangri-la was great! the room was comfortable and had all the quality you expect. the location is close to the french concession with lots of eateries and bars. also, the health club was impressive with amazing views. the front desk service stood out as they were really helpful.

Just a smart choice for a city holiday in Shanghai with best value for money ratio. The airport pickup service was super convenient and made my arrival easy. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet as it's pretty fantastic!

The room was spacious, super clean, and had a stunning view. I loved the separate sitting area and the automated curtains. Plus, there was a Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch. The only thing is, it could use a couple more USB plugs for charging all my devices. Overall, it was a really comfortable space.

WiFi feels antiquated and is incredibly slow!!! Coffee machines in rooms should be a standard expectation for a hotel of this caliber!!! Elevators have a slightly unpleasant smell that could easily be addressed!!!

I felt disappointed by the lack of staff who spoke English. The elevators had a noticeable odor, which was quite uninviting. Additionally, the hotel's old age was evident and impacted my overall comfort during my stay.

My stay was amazing with clean, comfortable rooms and incredible views from the 57th floor, making it easy to enjoy nearby attractions like jingan temple and the beautiful summer palace just a few steps away. the staff was helpful and very professional, providing a great experience overall, but the breakfast could use a bit more variety each day.

the pool was closed which was a bummer. a really spacious gym with tons of equipment was great. loved the big warm pool and relaxing sauna. super convenient for shopping since it's attached to a mall.
